We’re beyond proud to announce that MMHA’s Service Training Academy (STA 2.0) has been awarded the 2025 Anthony Pusateri Career Promotion Award by the National Apartment Association (NAA)! 🏆

This prestigious national award honors a program that exemplifies excellence in promoting careers within the residential property management industry—and STA 2.0 has done just that.

Since its inception in 2017, STA 2.0 has remained laser-focused on creating strong pathways into apartment maintenance careers for individuals seeking a fresh start, a better opportunity, or a place to grow. To date, the program has helped nearly 200 graduates find employment in the multifamily industry—many of whom have gone on to achieve great success, move up in the field, and build lives of stability and purpose.
